人肺動(dòng)脈平滑肌細(xì)胞 HPASMC  的詳細(xì)介紹
平滑肌細(xì)胞是多數(shù)重要?jiǎng)用}疾病的靶細(xì)胞。血管SMC的生長(zhǎng)潛力是原發(fā)血管病發(fā)展中至關(guān)重要的異常因素。*新研究表明SMC表達(dá)的鈣通道,其表面表達(dá)的ICAM-1和VCAM-1,均參與了血管壁的炎癥反應(yīng),并與血管疾病的進(jìn)展和穩(wěn)定有關(guān)。慢性肺組織缺氧能造成血管重塑,肺動(dòng)脈平滑肌增生,*終導(dǎo)致肺動(dòng)脈高壓。人血管平滑肌的體外培養(yǎng)可作為血管研究模型,為血管疾病的治療和藥理學(xué)研究提供信息,發(fā)揮重要作用。
人肺動(dòng)脈平滑肌細(xì)胞提取于人肺動(dòng)脈組織,二代凍存。每管含有細(xì)胞數(shù)>5×10^5 cells/ml,此細(xì)胞通過(guò)對(duì)alpha-SMA和Desmin免疫熒光染色驗(yàn)證,經(jīng)測(cè)試不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細(xì)菌、酵母和真菌。細(xì)胞可以達(dá)到15倍增。
