Description
|
C2C12 Cells (YAP1-GFP11 Clone) was established through transfection of retrovirus vector to carry the eleventh β-strand of GFP fused to the c-terminus of FLAG-14-3-3 fused with YAP1. YAP1 promotes cell cycle of cells and suppresses myogenesis. It can be used as a research tool to study affects on myogenesis suppression and its effects.

Propagation
|
The base medium for this cell line is Prigrow III medium available from abm (TM003). To make the completed growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum (TM999) to final concentration of 10% and 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (G255). Atmosphere: air: 95%, CO?: 5%; Temperature: 37.0°C.
